If you contact customer service, your request will be reviewed, and the order will be processed through individual consultation.

(Payment details are not sent via SMS or KakaoTalk.)
If you have opted out of receiving emails, payment details may not be delivered after placing an order.

Post-Purchase Order Information Change:
Once payment is completed, you cannot directly modify the order information. If changes are needed, please contact customer service via email.
Please note that after the nearest 7:00 PM KST on the order date, order preparation begins, making changes difficult. Thank you for your understanding.

Phone orders are not possible. Currently, Kurly accepts orders only through PC or mobile internet.
We do not have any offline stores.

To deliver your items in the best condition, Kurly USA dispatches on set days.
Dispatch days (business days)
- Pantry (ships from Korea): Mon-Wed
- Frozen (ships from the US): Mon-Thu
No dispatch on weekends or Korean/US holidays.
Daily cutoff
- PST: 2:00 AM
- EST: 5:00 AM
Orders paid before the cutoff are included in that business day's dispatch.
*Delivery time is counted from dispatch.
*Estimated 3-7 business days.

There is no dispatch or delivery on weekends (Sat-Sun).
Weekend orders are dispatched in order on the next business-day schedule (Pantry Mon-Wed / Frozen Mon-Thu).

Yes, Kurly USA accepts orders 24 hours a day.
However, since there is a shipping cut-off time, it is recommended to complete payment before the cut-off for faster delivery.
How long does delivery take?
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, both pantry (from Korea) and frozen (from the US) arrive within 3-7 business days.
Pantry is trackable via DHL and frozen via FedEx; some regions may take longer.
