  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For refrigerated or frozen items, please notify us on the day of delivery if spoilage is found for prompt processing.

  • Including your order number, product name, and photos of the product and packaging condition will help us process your request faster.

❓ Who covers the cost?

  • Seller responsibility (spoilage, damage, shipping error) → Free refund

❓ Are there cases where refunds are not available?

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • We recommend refrigerating items after delivery. Product quality may vary depending on storage conditions, so refunds cannot be issued for spoilage due to improper storage after receipt.
  • Outer packaging is slightly damaged but the product itself is unaffected (dented box, scratched packaging, etc.)
  • Item was returned without prior approval
  • Item was lost or severely damaged due to customer negligence (However, if opened simply to inspect the product, refunds may be processed after photo review.)
  • Item was lost after contactless delivery was requested

  • Expiration date: At least 7 days guaranteed at shipment. Refunds available if less than 7 days remain upon receipt.
  • Frozen/Refrigerated items: Refunds available if thawed or spoiled due to shipping delays.
  • General/Beauty/Lifestyle items: Refunds available for defective or damaged products.
