Fresh food products can also be delivered in optimal condition using dry ice, ice packs, insulated bags, and custom-made boxes (varies slightly by product).

■ Packaging Instructions


Products are packaged according to storage method (room temperature/refrigerated/frozen).

- Room temperature: No refrigerant

- Refrigeration: Coolant O - Ice pack (only water)

- Freezing: Coolant O - Dry ice (or use PCM)

* If the product is fragile, use paper or plastic cushioning.

* Products that do not fit in a box will be shipped separately with an invoice attached.

* For some products that are room temperature or refrigerated, we are combining them to avoid using too much packaging material.
