About Brand

Well, look at this road here / between the trees / winding and flowing /
Look at this road with so many / footprints / alive and breathing
I stand on this road / dreaming beyond that mountain
Kim Hyeong-jae's song poem <Road>
Cafe Namusiro began with the phrase ‘Namusairo’ in this poem. As I was pondering the name of the cafe, a warm phrase caught my eye. In 2002, a small cafe was opened in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and it grew little by little by answering the question. Now, it has become a high-end roastery that is praised not only by domestic but also foreign media.
Although the newly established space in Gwanghwamun and Bundang has changed, using good ingredients is still the basics, and this belief is the answer to the question, ‘Can coffee enrich our lives?’ Wouldn't it be a place full of good coffee?

Um, look at this road here / between the trees / winding and flowing /
Look at this road with so many / footprints / living and breathing
I stand on this road / dreaming of beyond that mountain
Kim Hyeong-jae’s song poem <Road>
Cafe Between the Trees began with the phrase ‘between the trees’ in this poem. While contemplating a name for the cafe, a warm Han came into my eye. In 2002, a small cafe was opened in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and as time passed, Namusairo became a high-end roastery that was praised not only by domestic but also foreign media. Although things have changed, we still make and serve coffee just as we did in the past, and we aim for positive change through thoughtful labor and enjoyment with people around us. Wouldn’t this be the answer to the question, ‘Can coffee enrich our lives?’ Namusairo is a place always filled with good coffee.
