Rice cake made with domestic brown rice ground three times

[Gimmi Rice Cake] Brown rice rice cake

Kurly’s Comment

Light and chewy brown rice rice cake

Unlike regular rice, brown rice needs to be ground three times before it can be made into rice cakes. Although it is difficult to make, it has a light and gentle flavor. Gimmi rice cake is made with domestically produced brown rice to bring out the chewy texture. Eat it as is or enjoy it sweetly with honey. It's good to eat lightly grilled.

Storage and thawing method

  1. Store in the freezer below -18ºC.
  2. Defrost naturally at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

I am even more confident that this rice cake is made neatly by adding sea salt to domestic brown rice! Lightly grilled and dipped in honey makes a perfect snack.
