Made with olives harvested during the full moon cycle [Pago Baldios]
San Carlos Full Moon Extra Virgin
This olive oil is named Full Moon, and it's made from olives harvested only during the full moon cycle in October. This olive oil embodies the meaning of the full moon—"eternal love, health, and good fortune"—and offers a delicate grassy aroma balanced with various fresh fruity notes. It boasts an excellent balance of the three core elements of olive oil: fruity flavor, bitterness, and spiciness. Thanks to this exquisite harmony and balance of flavors, those who taste Full Moon Extra Virgin for the first time often describe it as delicious. It doesn't have any overwhelming flavors or aromas, making it versatile and suitable for many different dishes.

Full Moon: A Rich Flavor Arbequina olives have small fruits, so they are harvested by hand instead of by machine. Olive oil pressed from Arbequina olives has a rich flavor and an outstanding fruity aroma. Kurly offers the Arbequina variety from Pago Baldios San Carlos, a family that has been producing grapes and olives since the 17th century. Thanks to the fresh valley water of the Tieta Valley in east-central Spain and its unique climate, olives are harvested about 15 days earlier than in other regions. This allows "Full Moon" Extra Virgin Olive Oil to boast a much stronger and richer fruity aroma. Additionally, the olives are pressed immediately after harvesting, which reduces the acidity to less than 0.1%, allowing you to savor the sweet flavor of the olive oil. It complements raw or cooked vegetables well and is also suitable for grilling fish, as it enhances the natural flavors of ingredients without overpowering them, filling your mouth with a fresh, vibrant aroma.
