Roasted Korean Dried Seaweed Flakes [Gwangcheon Haejeogim]
Roasted Seaweed Flakes
Salty and savory roasted seaweed flakes make for a simple yet delicious side dish. Gwangcheon Haejeogim's roasted seaweed flakes are packaged in a zip-top bag so you can easily enjoy them without worrying about them getting soggy. We roasted Korean seaweed flakes with perilla oil, sesame oil, and Korean salt to make them crispy. We also added plenty of sesame seeds for an extra boost of savory flavor. They're great sprinkled over rice or mixed to make rice balls. We'll send you two packs, so they'll also come in handy as a topping for fried rice, tteokguk (rice cake soup), and more.

Savory Roasted Korean Seasoned Laver [Gwangcheon Haejeo Gim]
