A richer, more intense flavor
[Leonardi] White Balsamic
Condimento 15 from Modena
Experience the rich flavor of Leonardi Balsamic, born from enduring the hot summers and harsh winters of the Modena region in Italy. It was crafted by layering woody aromas as it was transferred between various wooden barrels in a farm cellar built in the 19th century. Unbound by DOP or IGP standards, it embodies Leonardi's pursuit of creativity and challenging spirit. This time, we've prepared a balsamic with a richer and more luxurious flavor by increasing the proportion of concentrated grape must. Unlike red balsamic, it is not boiled, giving it a pale amber color. Its rich and elegant fruity aroma, matching its transparent glow, will add a subtle difference to your dishes.
The standard for good balsamic vinegar
What makes a good balsamic vinegar? First, you can consider the aging period. The longer balsamic vinegar ages, the better its aroma and flavor become, and its viscosity increases. The aging method is also a crucial factor. The aging process of balsamic vinegar is called 'decanting,' where it is transferred between various barrels made of cherry, oak, chestnut, ash, and other aromatic woods, allowing different unique aromas to blend well. In winter, when temperatures drop, it is transferred from larger to smaller barrels. Only after such a long and meticulous process can a balsamic vinegar be completed that emanates a captivating aroma with just one drop.

Balsamic vinegar brand with over 140 years of history
Leonardi
Opened in 1871, the Leonardi farm has become the brand it is today through recipes and know-how passed down through four generations. Leonardi's balsamic vinegar is not made with fixed formulas or mechanical processes. Amidst the countless variables created by nature, such as the type of wood, seasonal temperature changes, and air humidity, the artisans find the balance of aroma, texture, and acidity. The resulting Leonardi balsamic is a crystallization of time and harmony created by generational techniques, the rhythm of nature, and the touch of skilled artisans. It is not just a simple vinegar, but a masterpiece imbued with history and passion.
An even richer and denser flavor
[Leonardi] Modena White
Balsamic Condimento 15 Travasi
Experience the rich and dense flavor of Leonardi Balsamic, born from enduring the hot summers and harsh winters of Modena, Italy. It was perfected by layering woody aromas as it moved between various wooden barrels in a farm's cellar built in the 19th century. It embodies Leonardi's pursuit of creativity and challenging spirit, unconstrained by DOP and IGP standards. This time, we've increased the blending ratio of grape concentrate to create a balsamic with a deep and luxurious flavor. Unlike red balsamic, it has a light amber color because the grape juice is not boiled. Its rich and elegant fruity aroma, befitting its transparent appearance, will make all the difference in your cooking.
The standard for good balsamic vinegar
What makes a good balsamic? First, consider the aging period. The longer balsamic is aged, the better its aroma and flavor, and the thicker its consistency. The aging method is also a crucial factor. The aging process of balsamic is called 'decanting,' where it is transferred between various barrels made of cherry, oak, chestnut, ash, and other aromatic woods, allowing their distinct scents to blend well. In the colder winter months, it is sometimes moved from larger barrels to smaller ones. This long and meticulous process is what ultimately creates a balsamic that releases an enchanting aroma with just a single drop.
