Espresso Con Panna
Ingredients (per serving)
・Espresso Pieno:1 tsp unrefined sugar, 25mL espresso, 25mL fresh cream (or whipped cream), appropriate amount of cocoa powder
・Espresso Con Panna:40mL fresh cream (or whipped cream), 2 tsp sugar, 25mL espresso
※ This is a recipe for an espresso machine. Please prepare an espresso machine and ground beans in advance for espresso extraction. When extracting espresso with a capsule coffee machine, the taste may feel watery.
RECIPE[Espresso Pieno]
1. Add unrefined sugar to the prepared espresso cup.
2. Extract one shot of espresso directly into the cup from step ①.
Tip. Mineral water is good for the coffee machine.
3. Pour fresh cream into ② and finish by sprinkling cocoa powder evenly over it.
Tip. Sprinkle enough cocoa powder to cover the white fresh cream.
Tip. Just before drinking, stir several times with a teaspoon to mix the sugar at the bottom of the cup.
[Espresso Con Panna]
1. Add sugar to fresh cream and whip with a whisk until it reaches a thick, flowing consistency.
Tip. If you want a smoother drink, make the cream slightly thinner; if you want to enjoy it with a spoon, whip it thicker.
Tip. The amount of sugar in the fresh cream can be adjusted according to your preference.
2. Extract one shot of espresso into the prepared cup.
Tip. Mineral water is good for the coffee machine.
3. Pour ① over ② to complete.
