Acacia-scented honey [OLLY]

Kurly’s RecipeOrange Honey Butter

Ingredients (Serves 1) 200g unsalted butter, 2 oranges, 1 tbsp coarse salt, 1 tbsp baking soda, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp salt
RECIPE 1. Place butter in a bowl and let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
2. Sprinkle coarse salt on the surface of the washed whole oranges and rub, then sprinkle baking soda and rinse thoroughly.
3. Place the oranges from step ② whole into boiling water, roll for 10 seconds, then rinse under running water and remove excess moisture.
4. Use a cheese grater or a grater to finely grate only the peel of the oranges from step ③.
5. Add the grated peel from step ④, honey, and salt to the butter from step ① and mix well, then place the mixture onto parchment paper.
6. Wrap the mixture from step ⑤ with parchment paper to form a cylindrical shape, then twist the ends of the paper to secure it.
7. Place the mixture from step ⑥ in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden, then cut into desired portions with a knife and use.
