Two types of Goosuhhae Nurungji
We introduce nurungji that delivers a savory flavor to your mouth with a crispy sound when you take a bite. This is Mom's Devotion Goosuhhae Nurungji, which contains no additives other than domestic rice. It uses carefully selected rice from contract farms in Gimje, Jeollado, where grains grow well. Following traditional methods, warm rice is cooked and then carefully toasted on both sides until golden. The moisture content of the nurungji is evenly kept below 6%, making it crispy rather than hard, and its thinner texture than regular nurungji gives it a soft mouthfeel. If you boil it with water, you can enjoy nurungji-tang with a savory broth. The generous 400g portion comes in a lidded jar package, so any leftover nurungji can be stored without becoming soggy. We offer two types, rice and brown rice, so you can choose according to your preference.

Eomma Eui Jeongseong's Guusuhhae Nurungji contains no additives other than domestically produced rice. It uses carefully selected rice from contract farms in Gimje, Jeollado, where grains thrive. It is made by cooking warm rice using traditional methods and carefully roasting both sides until golden brown. Because the Nurungji's moisture content is evenly maintained at less than 6%, it is crispy rather than hard, and boasts a soft texture because it is thinner than regular Nurungji. If you add water and boil it, you can enjoy Nurungji-tang (scorched rice soup) where you can drink even the broth. It comes in a generous 400g amount in a lidded jar package, so any leftover Nurungji can be stored without getting soggy. We have prepared two types: rice and brown rice, so you can choose according to your preference.
