Ingredients 1 squid, 4 stems of bok choy, 1/2 onion, 1 red bell pepper, 2 Cheongyang peppers, 1/2 ginger, 1 stalk of green onion, a little cooking oil, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp starch, 1 tsp water, a little sesame seeds

[Seasoning]
2 tbsp Haecheon Oyster Sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sugar, a little pepper

RECIPE 1. Peel the squid, score the body in an X-pattern, and cut into 5cm pieces.
2. Cut the squid tentacles into similar lengths.
3. Cut the bok choy in half after trimming the base.
4. Julienne the onion and red bell pepper, and thinly slice the Cheongyang peppers diagonally.
5. Julienne the ginger thinly, and quarter the green onion lengthwise then chop finely.
6. Blanch the prepared squid briefly in boiling water.
7. Heat cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry ginger and green onion, then add onion, red bell pepper, and Cheongyang peppers and stir-fry.
8. Once the vegetables are somewhat cooked, add the blanched squid and the seasoning mixture and stir-fry.
9. Finish by mixing in sesame oil and starch slurry, and sprinkling with sesame seeds.

Ingredients 1 squid, 4 stalks of bok choy, 1/2 onion, 1 red bell pepper, 2 green chili peppers, 1/2 ginger, 1 segment of green onion, a little cooking oil, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp water, a little sesame seeds

[Seasoning]
2 tbsp Haichan Oyster Sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sugar, a little pepper

RECIPE 1. Peel the squid, make X-shaped cuts on the body, and cut into bite-sized pieces about 5cm long.
2. Cut the squid tentacles to a similar length.
3. Cut off the base of the bok choy and halve it.
4. Julienne the onion and red bell pepper, and slice the green chili peppers diagonally.
5. Thinly julienne the ginger and finely chop the green onion by quartering it lengthwise.
6. Briefly blanch the prepared squid in boiling water.
7. Heat cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry the ginger and green onion, then add the onion, red bell pepper, and green chili peppers and stir-fry.
8. Once the vegetables are somewhat cooked, add the blanched squid and the seasoning mixture, and stir-fry.
9. Mix in sesame oil and cornstarch slurry, and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
