Maison M.O is a patisserie run by pastry chefs Tetsuya Otsuka and Minsun Lee, who met as colleagues at the Tokyo branch of the authentic French patisserie ‘Pierre Hermé’ and later married. Pierre Hermé is a patisserie run by 'Pierre Hermé', a pastry chef who received France's highest honor, the Légion d'honneur, and Tetsuya Otsuka worked as the executive chef at the Pierre Hermé Tokyo branch. The two started Maison M.O with the desire to create a patisserie that could showcase products infused with their hearts and unique style.
