Rich in flavor and unique texture
[Manjeon Kim] Organic Manjeon 곱창돌김 (25 sheets)
This laver is cultivated using traditional methods in the waters near Jeollanam-do. The spores are attached to laver nets and grown without acid treatment, solely with sunlight and sea breeze. We use leaves harvested in early winter when Gochang-gim is at its softest and most tender. The subtle sweetness inherent in the raw laver becomes richer with each chew, bringing out the unique flavor of the laver. The chewy texture unique to Gochang-gim, with its crinkled fronds, is also captivating.

Rich flavor and unique texture
[Manjeon Kim] Organic Manjeon Gopchang Kim (25 sheets)
This is seaweed cultivated using traditional methods in the waters near Jeollanam-do. The spores are attached to the seaweed nets and grown only with sunlight and sea breeze, without any acid treatment. We used leaves harvested in early winter, when gopchang-kim (intestine-shaped seaweed) is at its softest and most delicate stage. The raw seaweed has a subtle sweetness, so the unique flavor of the seaweed becomes richer the more you chew it. The chewy texture, characteristic of gopchang-kim with its wavy fronds, is also appealing.
