Lightly added savory flavor
[Manjun Gim]
Unseasoned Roasted Seaweed Flakes
When you want to add a hint of savory flavor to your cooking, seaweed flakes are often the go-to. However, the oil and salt on seasoned seaweed flakes can sometimes make your dishes too salty. We're introducing unseasoned seaweed flakes that contain only seaweed, without any added flavoring. Made from domestic traditional seaweed, it's roasted twice to bring out the natural flavor of the original ingredient. Thinly sliced, it can be used in any dish without being overpowering.
