Taean Jayum Salt

This salt is made by boiling seawater from Taean, Chungcheongnam-do. To produce jayum salt, which has been passed down for generations since before the Three Kingdoms period, in a traditional way, tidal flat soil is dried in the sun and then steeped in seawater. It has little bitterness or astringency, so you can enjoy it without any qualms. Use it in various dishes such as soups, stews, and seasoned vegetables.

To produce jayeom, a type of salt that has been passed down for generations since before the Three Kingdoms period, in the traditional way, tidal flat soil is dried in the sun and then steeped in seawater. It has less bitterness and astringency, so you can enjoy it without any burden. Use it in various dishes such as soups, stews, and seasoned vegetables.
