  3. 3.Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat, then place it on a damp cloth to cool slightly.
  4. 4.Return the frying pan to low heat and pour the batter from about 30cm above the pan.
  5. 5.Bake over low heat for about 3 minutes, then flip when bubbles appear in the batter and bake for another 2 minutes.

Tip. Covering the frying pan when baking the second side will result in an even softer texture.
