Korean Low-Sugar Ssamjang

Product Committee Review
  • MD C

By using allulose instead of sugar, it retains the unique sweet umami flavor of ssamjang while reducing the sugar content.

  • Editor J

I love that I can dip plenty of ssamjang on vegetables like cucumbers and peppers without feeling guilty.

  • Designer S

It's an indispensable ingredient for diet management. I'm also satisfied that it's made with Korean rice, soybeans, and sun-dried salt.

Low-sugar ssamjang with a rich umami flavor

This is a new fermented sauce and seasoning brand from Jinmi Foods. We used allulose instead of sugar to enhance the sweetness and reduce the sugar content. We also added the rich umami flavor with concentrated raw garlic and sun-dried chili powder. Enjoy it generously with meat and vegetables.
