Introducing Sanuki Soba, made with traditional methods from Kagawa Prefecture, famous for udon. In Japan, the word 'koshi' is used to describe the elasticity and chewiness of noodles. The soba noodles from Sanuki Bussan that we are introducing also have a lively koshi. They break softly but are also springy and chewy. The smooth surface also gives a pleasant mouthfeel. Choose them as an ingredient for buckwheat soba or buckwheat kimbap.
Cooking Instructions
- Boil about 70g of the contents in boiling water for 4-5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly under cold running water.
- We recommend dipping the cooked noodles in tsuyu and adding toppings like green onions and seaweed.
Storage Method
- Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
