Designer MI've never heard of "Chosari" laver before, but it definitely tastes a bit richer than regular gopchang gim. -
Editor YAs it's made from young laver, the texture is softer. The chewy texture is still there, but it feels less tough.

Since it's roasted twice before being sent to you, there's no need to roast it separately; simply enjoy it as is.
