It's made by richly simmering katsuobushi extract with domestic anchovies and kelp, and we've completed the clean, umami flavor with Sempio's clear Joseon soy sauce. We've prepared two types, katsuobushi and anchovy-kelp, so you can use them in a variety of soup dishes.
