Meet Ottogi's Old-fashioned Kalguksu noodles, made with the same traditional care. We made these noodles by adding plenty of water to flour and mixing it thoroughly, then aging it at a consistent temperature for a long time. This gives the noodles a chewy yet soft texture. We also added gardenia powder to give them an appetizing yellow color. We've prepared a generous quantity, so feel free to use them in various noodle dishes.
