Seaweed Salad for Bibimbap
The treasures of the sea, rich in various nutrients such as minerals, dietary fiber, and iron, are surely seaweeds. Kurly has prepared seaweeds that you might have encountered as a side dish in restaurants or as an ingredient in bibimbap, so you can enjoy them easily and deliciously at home. It contains familiar seaweeds like miyeok (sea mustard), miyeok 줄기 (sea mustard stems), dasima-chae (julienned kelp), and agar. After soaking them in cold water for about 5 minutes, you can add the spicy seasoning sauce we provide and use them for bibimbap or bibim-myeon (spicy mixed noodles). Not only will they make you feel full, but they'll also be easy on your stomach, so you'll want to eat them often.
